Here's what we'll do.
- You tell me what's going on with your team. Dial counts, conversion rates, the meetings you wish you were booking but aren't. Two minutes.
- I ask 5 questions. They're the same 5 questions I ask every sales leader who calls me. Five minutes.
- We listen to a couple call recordings, if you have them. This is where I find what's actually breaking. Five to seven minutes.
- I tell you what I see. Specifically. Concretely. The thing in the call recording, the thing in your dial math, the thing in your coaching cadence. Five minutes.
- I tell you what I think you should do. Sometimes that's something you can fix tomorrow morning yourself. Sometimes it's a longer engagement with me. Sometimes it's a tool. Sometimes it's nothing — your team is fine, you're worrying about the wrong thing.
